Check-in.
At check-in, guests must present a photo ID. Please note that Special Requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.

Cancellations.
Free cancellation up to 3 days before the check-in date. You can cancel for free up to 3 days before arrival. If you cancel within 3 days of arrival, the cancellation fee will be the total amount of the reservation. If you do not show up, the no-show fee will be the total amount of the reservation.
Reservation Changes.
You can modify the reservation for free up to 3 days before arrival, provided that the room is available for the new date. If the new date is not available, and the modification request is made within 3 days of arrival, the penalty will be the total amount of the reservation. If you do not show up, the no-show fee will be the total amount of the reservation. Penalty-free refunds are possible up to 3 days before arrival.
Conditions for children.
Children of all ages are welcome. Children 14 years and older are considered adults at the property. If you are traveling with children under 13 years old, make sure to pay the correct price by selecting a rate that explicitly specifies conditions for children.

Pets are not allowed.
Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
Parties
Organising parties/events is not allowed.
Quiet Hours
Guests are expected to adhere to quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00.

Liability
The property is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings.
